Deliveries & returns
Our deliveries are ensured by the services of La Poste/Colissimo.
All orders are prepared and placed within 48 hours of purchase confirmation.
Delivery costs are free from 150€ of purchase in metropolitan France and in the European Union. For any purchase below this amount, the prices are as follows:
- €4.90 for any shipment to France, Andorra and Monaco.
- €12.90 for any shipment to the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
All prices and deadlines are specified in our T&Cs (delivery times are indicative and do not take into account potential unforeseen events).
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the day of receipt of the order. If this deadline is not respected or the item(s) have been damaged/worn, the return cannot be taken into account and the refund cannot take place.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Reimbursement will be made in the form of a credit note for the entire site, including promotional items.
Note that Maison Macha creations are all upcycling , that is to say that each piece was created from existing clothes. Therefore, a part may show signs of use.
